Thousands of fee paying sellers might be forced off ebay, due to large tax bills. They just want their fees, its the sellers responsibility to pay their taxes, not Paypal's. Why not have HMRC make any cash withdrawals over £100 a day illegal, and the banks legal duty to flag to HMRC any total cash withdrawals of over £1000 pcm and BAC's payment over £1000 pcm too, so it can be investigated. That way they can catch all those black market cash deals between the public and the builders / tradesmen avoiding VAT. This is why they want FIAT style crypto, they can inflate it at will still , but is a wet dream for tracing transactions. no more cash. longgone Posted October 10, 2020 Share Posted October 10, 2020 paypal are paid up scammers. if you buy any goods from china and you have a problem and you open a case they will force you to send them back to china and as we know already china post is subsidised by the Chinese government so they can under cut every other seller worldwide. returning goods back to china is unviable because of the cost and even if you do the seller will not pay the customs fees so they leave them at the post office as undelivered so PayPal will not refund you either as non delivered so you lose your goods and your money, all overseen by the PayPal system. The Chinese have got clever now with international post too and use GLS as a delivery partner with does actually track deliveries to uk addresses all the way from china, where as before they used to just turn up at a RM sorting office and never track all the way. if i had a problems with goods in the past i just used to open a case for non receipt as they could not prove it has been delivered, morally not great but that's how these Chinese work. Im fkd with current zero interest rates but negative would mean I and wife are would be on a negative salary as we have to live off after tax savings and nothing else.
