Anyone watching this , C4 get a male and female who are trying to get on the property ladder to buy a wreck at Auction renovate it and try to sell at a profit. Three days in  and two couples have failed to make any money. Todays was a real car crash in Coventry. I thought you couldnt fail with property.

In reality they only made a profit because house prices were increasing at insane rates
