Shit prices in hertfordshire still rising, and by a fair wack too.

FFS will this EVER end :(

Its funny 'cos HBOS report on 24th said Herts went down 7% in 2005

Remember there was a dip in the last quarter of 2004 so a rise is not terrible.

Herts prices are NOT rising.
