Teddyjones
We have been badly affected by the global crisis and have been unable to pay our rent. What can we do buy some more time, once the eviction ban ends? “With courts set to resume hearings next week, the government has said that landlords and tenants should “work together and exhaust all possible options” to ensure eviction cases only end up in court as “an absolute last resort”. Landlords will also be required to set out information to the courts on tenants’ circumstances, including the impact of the coronavirus crisis on a “tenant’s vulnerability”.
