House Price Crash Forum

Recommended Posts

I use propertytracker and propertylog, both on Chrome. Sometimes there are discrepancies so i like to have them both.

They're great but i really wish changes to vanity label (offers over, fixed price, etc) and sold status (under offer/SSTC) was also shown. This helps to frame the mindset of the seller IMO.

Sometimes a 'new' property appears that rightmove says was first listed ages ago but it appears as a recent listing in search results. What happened? There's no price change. I can only guess it was SSTC but then that fell though. I'd really like to know this!

Works fine...very usefull as the Bee used to be.

There is a version of Chrome for Linux.
