Zoopla's listing say the apartments feature the "best facilities a residential development has ever had".

RW Invest said: "Parliament Square The Tower is the first ever Dubai-style skyscraper to be built in the Baltic Triangle.

"Located in Liverpool city centre, the development is in the best buy to let postcode in the whole UK – L1, and equally enjoys some of the best facilities a residential development has ever had."0_LEC_LGIB_Duabi-Liverpool-skyscraper_25

I don't get the Dubai connection. I was half expecting a more modest version of the Burj Khalifa. Disappointed.
