House Price Crash Forum

Recommended Posts

Hi, is it possible to get a graph of the change in price over a particular period for a particular house?  I can see that zoopla does have some tool(results in the attachment) where you can select the property and select 1, 3, 6 month, 1 year etc but wondered if there was a site that would provide a graph.  Now, thinking about it, wondering how zoopla can calculate it? ?

It can't. A house is worth what you are willing to pay for it. Nothing more, nothing less. So the real question is, how hard and how long are you willing to work for this tiny decaying piece of shīt? 30 years? Sign here my lad.

If you go to the Land Registry, set the start date to the date of the last sale, choose the council area and type of house it will give you a graph of average prices for similar houses. If you view as a table, copy/download then adjust for the individual:average price ratio and you get a pretty close approximation.
