The property porn king turning into an HPC'er is very significant imo.

I think he's being conservative with those figures though. :)

Yeah but at least he's started shi**ing in the woods

Phil welcome to the dark side

I resent that, we are not the Dark Side!

This is more like it.

Welcome back to the fight. This time I know our side will win. :D

No mention of the people who do not think prices will fall then?

Bottom line is no one knows. So why bother to hang on to the "wisdom" of so called experts.  They know no more than any one here.  They are just guessing.

Do they? I guess over a 10 year period that is so.  Most things go up with inflation anyway.   Baked bans are more expensive than they were 10 years ago so it a loaf of bread so is a pint in my local.

Personally i do not care.  In did not buy my  house as a financial investment bought it as a home for me and my family.

Definition from the Oxford Dictionary - Forum - a meeting or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged.

The idea of a forum is to discuss and understand other people's perspective.  It is not a North Korea style environment where everyone has to agree and follow the leader.

Everyone on the planet is entitled to their own opinion.

This forum is pretty one sided, its for people who want HPC, you said you don't care about house prices. What is there to discuss?
