Stubborn sellers - drop the price - it's obvious!

So this has been on the market over 11 months, but not reduced in price. Anyone know of anything on longer without a reduction?

Not sure it's been renovated for about 30 years, judging by the oscilloscope TV, VCR underneath and very dated patterned carpet - and that's just one room!

Just popping this onto all relevant threads, just for maximum exposure:

OK - check out these ingredients and tell me the housing market is going to survive:

1: Phil

2: Hello magazine

3: Sentiment

4: From the lord Phil himself: "house prices are not going up – that much is absolutely certain! It depends on consumer confidence and how long it takes to come back.

My personal prediction (and I’m not an economist), would be about minus five per cent straight away. And minus about 12 per cent in a year’s time,’ he adds. ‘I think it’ll get worse.’

All bets are off. See you in a year, when house prices are much lower than now. Anyone thinking otherwise is simply barking mad
