How true.  That time happened a while back, so now the governent is getting desperate with help to buy and rubbish like that.

The wheels are going to come off the whole property buying circus and it will happen soon.

Glad you liked it.  It's refreshing to hear 'rational' economics for a change.

Very good listen, and can't agree more. 

One thing he doesn't mention is tenant rights and landlord make up. I don't know if rights are any stronger in America or if landlords there are professional businesses or fickle mom+pop outfits as is the case here.

From what I can tell the law varies by state and locality. They also have a form of HB so hopefully nobody goes homeless during the current crisis.

There are plenty of people that rent or even live with parents or in a family home and own with a large debt and rent it out......own a home they can't afford to live in.?

The property market makes little sense so nothing surprises me winkie.
