Property market back open from May 13th

Looks as though estate agents and everything associated with buying and selling houses is back open for business from tomorrow:

(v) for sub-paragraph (l), substitute—

“(l) to undertake any of the following activities in connection with the purchase, sale, letting or rental of a residential property—

  1. (i)  visiting estate or letting agents, developer sales offices or show homes;

  2. (ii)  viewing residential properties to look for a property to buy or rent;

  3. (iii)  preparing a residential property to move in;

  4. (iv)  moving home;

  5. (v)  visiting a residential property to undertake any activities required for the rental or sale of that property;”;

 

Guess you'll get to see if your crash is on the way sooner rather than later!
