They're going to carry on with their little rain dance for higher property prices for years. Someone needs to tell them it's over. The govt really doesn't have they legislating capacity or the money to indulge liberal elite economic fantasies of insane house prices any more. Praying to the God of inequality and zero sum gains won't bring it back. Not until the next time anyway.
