I've been saying this for some time.... The unelected banksters are in charge.

Lagarde, Carney and other neoliberal QE addicts are barely aware even that a working population exists. It's telling that since she's left the IMF they are openly debating the crisis of inequality facing the world after her policies.

i would not consider that cause for encouragement towards a u-turn though.
