US buyers eye up super prime property in London

The US buyer has started to reappear in the super prime market in London, accounting for close to £250m of deals in the past two months. With US-based Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) looking to allocate 25% of their spending in 2019 on property, the question is: why London?
