Letting Agent job ad: "hunger and desire is a must have"

I thought one was the verb and one was the noun? like practise/practice

Correct.

It's "driving licence", NOT "driving license".

Other than practice, "advice" and "advise" is easier to remember.

You give out advice on what licence is required. Nouns. Never, ever, EVER spelt with an "s". It is this error I loathe :). Americans spell the noun with an "s" and we do not.

And you can advise me whether I need to license my television set. Verbs. :)

What would you expect a job advert that requires no experience to say?

Laziness and ambivalence required?

I mean what do you possibly find offensive about that advert?

The same could be said about any sales job to be fair.

Selling is persuading someone to buy something you have, regardless of whether it's right for them.
