A New Build That Actually Looks Appealing!

Having seen some devleopments that are eyesores-to-be in the Swiss Cottage (London) area, this came as quite a shock


I like the roof running track/gym idea. Why don't they all do that?

"The sort of people that we think would be interested in buying a property here are those that like to keep fit, but for those who are less sportingly inclined there is an area with pool tables and barbecues."

Sounds more like a holiday complex. Or perhaps it's been designed as the social housing of the future?

A swimming pool in the basement would be good!
