I wonder if the fine will inexplicably increase from what he was originally quoted... a bit like the pie in the sky fantasy valuations on HUTH always seem to increase from the original valuation to ensure our property entrepreneurs make a healthy profit even when they've obviously overspent.

you can always request for a doctor to take a blood sample. gives you time to sober up
