Oh so once you strip out the non essentials everything is just wonderful! Min wage rising soon plus pension contributions ratchet up. That's 4-5% baked in for millions of lowest paid and loads of service companies. Inflation is going to to go passed 3% down the line surely. Not only that, but they adjust for "technological advancement" and discount the price of, for example, smartphones, because they are better. Real inflation is 7% or more.
