Looking at nearby sold prices it looks like the highest price paid is 259k recently. 

So that's 104k over. Another deluded time waster vendor and Greedy EA.

That decor won't appeal to many of the old folk that are the likely buyers. If they expect a return on money invested in modernisation then they will be disappointed. 

Plus the socio-economic demographics for Skeggie are very poor...not looking promising.

The price will go back up again once they've fixed the stairlift.
