Australian Luxury Property Problems

It seems that Australia has a problem with quickly constructed "luxury" apartments with major defects.. 450,000 households in negative equity...oh dear.

This is worth a watch:

I have been talking to several Brexiteers overseas married to foreigners and for sure non-racist that primarily voted in favour of Brexit, as they do not own property in the UK yet and knew that if there would be a Brexit property prices in the UK would drop.
