Buying now in Northern Ireland?

Recommended Posts

I kind of need to buy somewhere to live in. Strangely even though Brexit could affect NI economy and jobs the prices are going up still. I read that 30% of NI trade is cross border to Rep of Ireland, so it will be impacted if probs occur with no deal if you believe it. Other people think that maybe in the future they will vote to join the rep again. Could be a load of anti brexit noise by people trying to use the border issues as a means to scupper brexit.

But anyway. Does anyone think its a good idea to buy now or to wait and see what happens or buy in England instead?

Not posting this in NI section as I want the whole UK to read it
