Who are Progressive Property? (delusional LoveMoney email)

Recommended Posts

Just got this email from Lovemoney. They sound quite delusional.

"Hi,

Big changes are coming to the UK property market, and coming quick! You see amidst all of the economic uncertainty the housing market is quietly making a comeback, rising house prices and soaring rents, so you could argue it's NOT A GOOD TIME TO INVEST!

Except for one thing...thousands of ordinary Brits are still buying property with none of their own money, still investing in property strategies and still making millions per year through property investment!

So how do you become a 'full time' investor, able to buy multiple BMV houses, no money down and generate tens of thousands of pounds passive income per month...?

 It's simple they got educated...!

And YOU can too, just by securing your place at the UK's #1 Property Investing & Education Event. Better yet, you can join us at this exclusive event absolutely 'FREE'

Usually these tickets cost £391 but YOU can join us just by following the link

(Places are very limited and offered first come, first served.)

Look, are you tired of just watching videos, listening to webinars and “talking” about the property market…?

Then it’s time you discovered how REAL money is made in property, including how You could:

  • Make more money from ONE simple property deal than you make in 6 months of paid work.

  • Set up a quick £900/month passive income, and repeat it again and again…

  • Make an immediate £3,000 cash, without buying a single property!

  • Rent out property *without a deposit or a mortgage* for instant on-going monthly cashflow.

  • Get the hot property deals that NEVER appear in your local Estate Agent’s window.

Yes, this is the REAL DEAL.

Still not convinced…? See what others had to say after attending Progressive Property’s Multiple Streams Of Property Income Event"

Every industry attracts its own bunch of snake oil salesmen and property does in particular.

The basic message is no risk, no money down, free cash.

Only the desperate and idiotic need apply.

"Progressive property" are a massive outfit, I've seen so many of their Facebook ads + know a bunch of people that have been to at least the free seminars.

Some of what they teach is decent (Converting offices into flats where there is occupier demand) but like many of these property seminar operators they're are promoting more dubious schemes like "rent to rent". "option agreements" & Deal sourcing/packaging that don't require any real initial investment, They do this because if you could only sell the courses to people with money already you'd be out of business.

Most of the "property guru's" are doing exactly that. I consider progressive to be massive only by comparison to most bedroom dwelling charlatans.

45 cars in their parking lot, But I bet most are on finance. they just can't resist.

The YouTube video above is being flooded with praise from fake accounts.

He also orders people who attend his "training courses" to leave reviews on facebook etc.

Sounds like the same old con-lot  - come to a free 'seminar' and we'll see how many mugs will then shell out for a paid one, when we'll kindly let you into the secret of making loadsamoney in no time!

Frequent stratgey IIRC from what I heard, was getting said mugs to buy newbuild flats, in areas they didn't know and had done zero research on, lured in by 'guaranteed returns' of x%.

Only to find later that rents quoted were too high, there were 23 exactly like theirs sitting empty in the same block, and by the time they decided to sell, they couldn't give it away. Or rather they probably could, for a good deal less than they paid, which left them up shit creek and writing to the weekend money pages to say how cruelly they'd been duped,  somebody ought to be giving them a paddle, it wasn't fair!

If these are such great money making schemes you would think they would be busy doing it and not teaching it..?

Exactly.  So you have to admit, it's very noble of them to give up so much of their time telling other people how they too can make millions from property!

I cant think why none of them featured  on the New Year's Honours list, for their entirely altruistic aid to the less fortunate.
