Naw. There will be a price at which people will buy it. Small market but it's a trophy house. Look how successful I am house. If If it away with not paying my corporation tax and CGT like Derek I could probably buy it.

It wouldn't be to my taste, but it is at the centre of beautiful and historic Portavo demesne.

Incidentally the estate was owned by the Ker family who went from being among the wealthiest in Ireland in the early 19th Century, to (relative) poverty by the mid 20th Century.  Perhaps it is cursed.
