PeanutButter Posted December 4, 2018 Share Posted December 4, 2018 Bloke at work who's in a chain (currently renting) just informed me there's problems up the chain and since his mortgage offer is expiring (and can't get as good a deal anymore) that he's going to pull out. Apparently thinks his offer is too high now that the market has dropped (Wimbledon). I advised him to look at upgrading his rental instead, since they've dropped too he could get a better place for same money and wait the market out. THAR SHE BLOWS CAPN!
