Rarely agree with current UKGOV but I think this is a sensible idea. Some high streets are hopeless. Dead horse and flogging...why not convert into homes.

handy for the commuter i guess 😄 

i love the smell of wee wee in the morning.  

 i guess if they pull that off they could convert old sewers into underground living ?

May as well emphasise the point that virtually all towns are really just dormitories now rather than living places in their own right I suppose. Just make sure that they've got good internet connections so that people never have to leave them and interact with another human being to finish that off.
