The landlord, Mr Kuppusami Selvarajan, of Abbotswood Gardens, Ilford, was found guilty at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court and sentenced to pay an £8,500 fine. The property managing agent, S3A Management, was ordered to pay a fine of £7,650.
