You're right, the streets is where they belong. Too bad they have to wait 20 years for a council house. Oh well, maybe they'll die on the streets, at least that'll bring the waiting list down quick! Brilliant.

Just because you shouldn't feed your dog chocolate, onion or grapes doesn't mean you have to starve it to death. There are always choices.
