Any housing shortage will be reflected in rents

The latest from Ian Mulheirn, who many of you are probably familiar with already from his series of blogs where he argues that there's no housing shortage, and it's a variety of other factors, but notably low interest rates, that are pumping up this bubble. Of course, that's not news to anyone on here, but it is good to see someone fighting the good fight in the mainstream press.
