That one's interesting. I see smaller 3 beds in Barnes / Putney / Roehampton for much more than that.  Good find.

isn't it a half house? weird shaped garden as well

I kid you not, I've holidayed in Largs as a child.

IIRC it had an outdoor swimming pool ( unheated )

Hard b******ds in Scotland.

They are softies compare to us in the North of England.

I was driving down the West side of Loch Ness (from Inverness to Edinburgh) one August and it was bewilderingly beautiful. The smell of Pine was amazing, the sunshine and heat were out.

What struck me was the Lochs natural facilities and we pulled up alongside a beach area full of softie Scottish guys in wet suits. I put my shorts on and ran into the loch diving head first....only a softie would wear a wet suit and I have swam in the North East Sea on Boxing Day.

Er......yep, that Loch water brought a whole new level of cold.  I could literally hear the guys counting down 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 as I ran out again absolutely freezing.

Reality is I knew it would be crazy cold and the guys and I enjoyed a few hours chatting away....they were definitely younger and tougher than me. But as was my plan, I brightened up their weekend. 😆😆

I've dropped RM a note about this type of activity and whether they condone it - prices down then up then down, etc.

Then I found this one

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/74082573#/

which says price reduced 8 Jan (which it technically was) but then increased again a few days ago. I've reported that one to the Advertising Standards Authority. Let's see what they say.

So just the £1.5m/30% off the original asking price then?

It's only money, nothing to see here etc.

Crashy crashy.

It’s less than they paid for it, which is key for my serotonin release :D

Maybe I'm a bit London/Se brainwashed, price wise, but this seems OK for the money.  Decent area, 2 genuine double bedrooms, quick commute to London Bridge.

Heading in the right direction at least.

More tiny box places falling off a cliff. 26% off original asking price

Wow, a 337 sq foot apartment. In the rest of the UK something like this is unacceptable, unliveable and unsaleable.

It’s a bedsit....and at £300k down to £220k it will be interesting to see if things like this are (and maybe previously only ever have been) only really viable for investors who then use it for short terms lets. Ie for tenants looking to move to the area and need a bolt hole for a few months. I wouldn’t encourage an owner occupier to actually try to exist, thrive, grow, enjoy the human condition in such a little space.

I've answered this in the other thread but it's there by design. Approximately 5% of Property Log users are currently being usage capped as I am trying to break even on server costs.

See here: https://www.propertylog.net/why-is-the-price-history-blurred

The current usage limit is pretty generous, 95% of users will never get blurred prices.

Set up a Bitcoin payment option with a provider like BitPay and I'll throw you some Bitcoin.

I'm back!

I've been sat on this one for a while now...no sale yet just another recent reduction.

36% off of a 2 bed river front flat (over 2 floors) well within sight of Tower Bridge.

The dont get much better than this one.
