A lot easier (and cheaper) to fix than cladding surely? Could probably be done without any scaffold? The problem is the lender will insist on a EWS1 and once they start opening up all sorts of issues cause 90% of surveys done so far to fail with unknown costs as building insurance, new fire alarm system and waking watch even before they remedy the work which will require monies upfront. Just checlk out the end our cladding crisis twitter account to see live cases where service charges have gone from £2k pa to £20k pa

Shiny and new but oozed high rise. Shocking really.

Little London is s genuinely dangerous inner city area, drugs and violence. Makes no sense spending 100k on a flat there. Esp. considering that literally thousands of apartments built and apparently still being built.

But surely there has to come a time when there is an over supply.

That area looks like it could benefit from a gallery.

(Not blaming anyone) From what I can tell the childcare sector is being hit hard with closures. Their margins are thin at the best of times (I once saw a breakdown of costs and was pretty surprised). sammersmith
£314,995 -> £244,995. £70,000 off a house with attached cake shop in Lincs. https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/79056614#/ 2 years on the market and no takers. Steady stream of reductions in 2019, however this is the first drop since Jan 2020. Maybe this indicates a sale that's fallen through?

Nothing wrong with Leeds but it is very mixed. Chapel Town and Chapel Allerton neighbours but very different ‘buzz’ in those districts 😆😆 I would absolutely advocate Leeds generally verses any other City. I, of course, live in the Dales but most of my posts are hypocritical so why should this one be any different 😉🤦🏻♂️ Edited February 9 by Pop321
