I noticed a similar one in Bristol, 10% deposit gone and plenty of downside to cover:

£1/2 mil for a 2 bed in Bristol?  What's the average wage in Bristol these days, £200K?

This one is from a new build development in Milton Keynes

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-74603783html

It's on with a number of different agents. Started at 425k and now "down" to 375.

Warning - you may need your sunglasses as they like their bright colours

Cyber avenue?  Hmm such a heartwarming name.

Cyber Men

Cyber Attack

Cyber sex

Cybernetic Organism come with me if you want to live.

Yes definitely conjures up images of kids round the fire.

I see its next to gamibt avenue/pixel way and wizard way.  Shame I have my heart set on Call of Duty Black ops street or Leisure Suit Larry Lane in Amiga town.

That type of house is one of those "chique" modern stuff you see a lot off in and around Cambridge.

Looks better (outside) than the identity kit stuff made in the rest of the midlands by new build constructors, but still its not like the houses from the 50's, bug and spacious and without they toy roads patrolled by parking enforcers.

I might be stating the obvious here, but I wasn't aware you can search on Zoopla for "Most reduced"!? Is this new search criteria???

E.g.

https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/property/le3-2jg/?q=LE3 2JG&radius=5&results_sort=most_reduced&search_source=refine

I think we've seen this beauty before, a scumlord trying to dump his (student?) portfolio in Leicester - over £1million reduction! Do we have a winner?

https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/43850016?search_identifier=a2c10f05153ad00a66418909d7cd0640

It's almost like houses aren't selling!!!

That first has one you mentioned has been on the market nearly three years, you'd think that the most recent £20 ( yes twenty pound) reduction would have had potential buyers swarming in!??

The third one dropped on the day of listing. All random and weird

Searching London -retirement -shared ownership sorted by drops yields a fair number of questionable properties. Agents take too much coke.

https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/property/london/?identifier=london&q=London&is_auction=false&is_shared_ownership=false&is_retirement_home=false&results_sort=most_reduced&search_source=facets&radius=0&reduced_price_only=true&pn=2

Like, I wonder if this 5.5mil place comes WITH the huge metallic palm tree light, or if you have to negotiate that separately.

OK I know finding massive falls in London SW8 is a bit like shooting fish in a barrel - but I like this one - bought for 580,000 in 2014 - tries to sell for £800,000 three years later. Fails...

You can see in this example how speculation is the NOS in the engine of HPI.

All that is needed is a capital gains tax purely for 1/2/3 years to knock this type of thing on the head.

It happens here in Norfolk with family homes and since the rates are low the speculators hold on for dear life rather than meet the market.

Welcome Tiredofthissh1te, nice quick drop, wonder if they do the same this month. It's an odd advert, pictures of fields but the place only has, sorry, only 'benefits from' a "wrap around garden", they said it has "outbuildings" but, unless they mean the large barn across the road in one of the pictures, and I don't think they do, all I can see is a sort of large bin shelter that adjoins what I presume is the single garage that's "also available" - cmon, for 1.5m you couldn't chuck in the single garage?! Also, they say that "a feature of the property is the huge pond with a small island and outhouse" but they have elected not to provide a picture of it.

I think we're starting to see some importantvdrops in North Herts. I've said before, I think the froth blew off from bout 2016 when London slowed up /stopped.

However I'm now starting to see drops of houses that people don't want to buy at the low end. I know this sounds odd, but think about it. When prices boom, there seems to be a minimum that any pile of junk will achieve. From remembering last time, it's when these places start dropping that things get interesting. These are the significant drops I'd love to see, not just lowering of the 'flag waving' flag from 100% to 80%.
