user not found
Even the mania/stamp duty cut doesn't help sell flats. i thought that price was for the whole house!!!! OMG
Confusion of VIs
https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-71990852.html This has been up for sale for over 2 years - almost a 50% drop! Probably the biggest one I've seen so far. It is most likely the price (although sales have gone through at a little less), although for the best part of £1m it's appallingly marketed, with terrible photos and description. Sad thing is a few years ago you probably could have gotten away with it. The décor has dated really badly, looks like an old people's home I think most people would want to change everything. Locke
https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/52174797 Chasing the market down, missed out on the stamp duty cut. How do you decide if a house is good value compared to the neighbourhood?

Didn't the floods earlier in the year get to town walls? there's no garden, although the park behind made to look like a garden in the photo, plus it looks like an office. Probably worth about 120k in my opinion.

WRT the floods, looking at the area on OS maps it looks to be 60m ASL so it should be safe, thats assuming the location info on RM is correct. Voice of Doom
Some from me. This is West London. In the last 4 months - with only about 2 exceptions - I've only seen reductions. This one I expect to be reduced again soon.

Voice of Doom
I've seen bigger drops elsewhere but this is my current favourite for the narrative: May 2019 - Let's list. Aug 2020 - there's a mini-boom, isn't there? Let's ask for £25K extra! Sep 2020 - ah, this mini-boom apparently doesn't apply to London. B*gger. Reduction time. £40K! Oct 2020 - oh, it appears London's really falling. Best knock another £35K off. To be continued - downwards.....
