Nationwide June/Q2 Release

I always say that I predict between -5% and +5%, basically I don't know how the UK housing market works anymore. But tomorrow I have a sneaking suspicion that we are going to get a decent drop

That plus IR rise on Thurs will make my day. To get above emergency rates will "break the seal" so to speak.
