Empty Houses

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Just thought i would drop a quick post on how different the property market (to me) is now from a couple of years ago! We were looking at buying before christmas (havent tho' thank fook) looked at about 7/8 vacant possesions on the south coast in a week!!! I looked a few years ago and that was unheard of. To me it smacks of a drop.. Anyway looking at renting another place now so far looked at seven empty rental properties in "good" areas!!.. in two days... think its a good thing! B)

Also i was out with my mate who is a scumbag sorry estate agent. We were talking about the market and what i think (crash, crash, crash) anyway long story short he has had enough.. hasnt picked up after chrimbo no where near as much as he hoped.... The estate agents are pushing him to do 80 hour weeks.. no overtime... Guess what i think he is going to change careers!
