Overheard this gem in the garden centre in Brighton this afternoon: “yea, the estate agent has told me to knock 25k off the price as the market is falling like a stone”

Brighton has seen the worst of the madness in recent years so is interesting that the London ripple is  maybe starting here. I hope so.
