Read this last night and my first thought was I wonder who will be moving into these affordable homes, and it wasn't a vision of a good old cockney sparrow with a flat cap singing knees up Mother Brown

It’s a private business with private land. I don’t see why the mayor should have any say.

Even if there’s no free homes for his taxi-driver pals, 13 flats bought by oligarchs is 13 they don’t buy elsewhere in London.
