Grand Designs Delusions

Recommended Posts

Look again. There are little lighty things under the floor cabinets of the Kitchen. They obviously know what they are doing, it's probably some tycoon or something. It'll be snapped up by an middle class upwardly mobile hipster professional d**che in no time.

The big mirror above the fireplace is a nice touch, you can look at your own face while throwing your cash into the fire. Just put a fresh lemon in your mouth and balance an egg on your head at the same time and you have an art installation.

Last sale 2.5 years ago for 330k.

2 years before that 110k ????

Either ...

these pics are newly renovated from 2015 [because it's now looking tired and soiled already].

So the 2013-2015 period involved a big rebuild [using precious metals to replace trad building materials] and profit.

Or ...

something [more] fishy ???
