Harry Sacks
This won't be a surprise to many of you. However, the sums involved and alleged collusion are fairly shocking. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xlhdfpWMawU Edited May 2, 2018 by dom
cashinmattress
Not one penny of 'dirty Russian money' has moved into UK banks, property, etc... without the explicit consent of the British intelligence community, senior British financial figures, and of course let's not forget the British government. Whether its through favours, intel, assassinations, power plays, outright bribes.... who cares... that's how this shady world works. Same goes for dirty British money. It's the timing is all. Somebody or select group is being witch hunted.. this time around some Russians apparently. Enough of the righteous indignations. London won't bite the hand that feeds it. And the same goes for Saudi, Qatari, EU and US 'dirty' money. This dirty money comes in from everywhere in the world. The UK just needs to apply the law, consistently, to everyone. Except there is no law which can be applied consistently, since the crooks already own the system. Money comes in from everywhere and gets laundered through City of London's post-colonial network of tax avoidance legislatures, far beyond the reach of parliament or any financial regulator. Basically the US has gone after the Russian money in London - and of course the UK has no option but to comply... the UK never took action so as to keep the cash flowing into and around London. Thanks gruffy. It actually sounds like a fairly inevitable outcome of the Russia = Bad narrative The UK has ended up nothing but a little battered lapdog caught in the crossfire
