If HPI had not happened from 1997 ownards had much better off would you be.

Lets assume mortgage rates of 7.9% and that prices went up with inflation.

I calculated £105k over 31 years better off, assuming that interest rates do not rise.

When will the average UK house price return to less than 4x the single mean full time wage?

2018-2020

2021-2025

2026-2030

2031+

they never will

Can I just have the 2 column inches of my screen back please rather than it being wasted with a poll at the top and otherwise empty.

I have had a change of mind after reading a few posts today on here.

Seeing as HPC forum is more clued up than most on rental issues, as a renter yourself  who is due to suffer because property 118 claim we will be punished because of s24 do you want to see s24 got rid of?
