Suddenly House Prices Are Looking Good - Dinnae Think So!

Recommended Posts

Wow, latest VI spin sheets are released and were all a tiz.

Take it easy guys, the situation today is no different from yesterday.

Its been said time and time again that the housing market is a big ol' oil tanker, it will take time to turn.

And a marginal "national average" increase does not knock out the significant falls reported across half the country.

Yep the oil tanker was heading North east fast – then turned to a heading of south east – then corrected to east for a little way but is now pointing north east again.

The good news (for homeowners) is that it is heading in the original direction the bad new is it may sink before it gets dragged to harbour

Ps I thought it was a chemical tanker!
