No luck yet. It must be tough when everybody but you is a delusional timewaster. What she doesn’t appear to understand is that nobody cares how much you originally valued your house; the starting point of a potential buyer is your latest price. Ergo, when somebody puts in an entirely reasonable offer on your supposedly perfectly priced house, they won’t have your perspective of great sacrifice.

Zoopla seems to adjust several percent every now and again, so maybe they will show a fall soon.

It may be that the £1m+ properties are falling and the £500k ones aren't. The £500k ones are held up by help to buy.
