Steve Wright Today Radio 2

The whole interview just seemed totally out of place! Ivor came on to balster the housing market and push some charitable thing he is doing on his companies website - it would seem this git really is stooping low in a vein attempt to encourage more interest in the market! click here to listen (wma format)

OMG - That EA is a TOP BLOKE!!!

It was Steve Wright who was the bull!!!!!!

LISTEN TO THE INTERVIEW!!!! AN HONEST EA!!!!

OMFG!!!

Yes Steve Wright was Bullish and his side-kick also seemed keen to hear house prices will increase in the next year

As for Ivor Dickinson, I dissagree, what do you think he was trying to say when he stated that the industry needed more sellers, this implied to me that there are plenty of interested parties ready to buy at current prices!

I might have got the wrong end of the stick though but that is exactly how I heard it!

Yeah suppose so. I just think it was refreshing that he wasnt talking up the market. He also criticised AMATEUR EA's. I heard a lot from EA's that I respect (not particularly like) and the general concensus between the 'well established' EA's is that the new 'trendy, jump on the band wagon, lets make a killing EA's are the ones that are forcing the prices up.

I partly agree with them. But these are the ones that will go to the wall first.

Steve Wright is normally quite bullish, but he sound suspicious of the source of the latest housing news.

"House prices rose 1.4% this month... According to Nationwide Ha ha ha"
