Phil And Kirstie - Richard & Judy Interview

Recommended Posts

Clearly they're now focusing on downsizing, relocating, starting new businesses (why? when you can just buy a house and sit on your bum) and moving for lifestyle reasons, maybe they have a conscience or C4 have many lawyers, and they're worried about dropping people in lots of trouble in the future thanks to their shameless advice.

psssst. Did nobody tell you that you can't talk about this interview?

It has been moved to off-topic TWICE already.

God only knows why.....Big Brother just pushes the buttons, he doesn't respond to the little people.

Richard says - Oh House prices are on the up this year - good time for a BTL.

Reply - There is still some good BTLs out there - ive just bought one.

Yes Richard, they certainly are on the up--0.1% according to Hometrack. Better get in quick and just ignore those nasty people and their reports of unemployment rising, deficit at 5%, prices falling over most of the country, bankruptcy and reposession rates at record levels and more spin than we can take!

Thanks Buying Bear.

A pointless interview IMHO!

Indeed, but quite insightful nontheless, the bullish of bulls are clearly subdued, especially so wth Phil, he was especially shifty when asked about the market and lied his way through it, badly. We've always said he was the better of the two when it came to numbers, Kirsty seems to believe her own words.

Very interesting... in one of the threads that was moved to the OT forum I said that viewing his comments with NLP in mind he clearly wasn't happy with what he was being asked. It's possible to tell from eye movements what the mouth may not actually be saying. Very interesting you used the word 'shifty'!!

Seems like Richard is now the bullish of bulls! And poor old Judy didn't seem to have a clue!
