January latest News and Offers!
Dear Mr Knob Jockey,
As the evenings start to draw out, the mid Devon property market has a very confident feel to it. A shortage of properties coming to the market, continued low mortgage rates, and extremely strong buyer enquiries have meant we've seen huge surge of sales in January.

Most of the sales in our area over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £342,327. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £186,845 and semi-detached properties averaged at £237,206.  In the past year house prices in Crediton were 11% up on the year before and the outlook for 2018 suggests that this upward trend in prices will continue if the current demand and supply situation continues.
