House Price Crash Forum

Recommended Posts

Just when I was starting to think things were turning south agents have starting to list a new kite flying prices. Only this time stuff is shifting, an quite example sold £295k Jan 2016 listed at £375k sold in 6 weeks. Stuff sat around for months has now all sold in the last couple of weeks. I think i depends where you live. But its boom time round my way.... odd and depressing. Have people got bored of waiting ? has no crash after almost two years post referendum made people throw in the towel ?
