nome Posted January 15, 2018 Share Posted January 15, 2018 Doesn't seem any more than the current laws and regs that are already in place regarding rental properties and the standards that they are supposed to meet? Sounds like it's only really aimed at the most extreme of rogue LL's... those that are criminally negligent and are literally putting their tenants lives in danger due to such poor and unsafe living conditions.
