RICS November Market Survey - 0%

So we've reached a headline price balance of 0% on a downward trajectory for November, last crossed on an upward trajectory in March 2013. Unsurprisingly the ripple is clear to see, with more prosperous areas of the UK seeing a fall and someĀ "bargain" areas seeing a rise.

Have a good read of the surveyor comments towards the bottom of the report for a very good insight into local markets, especially the SE.

The transaction history on some of th Northern postcodes I follow are bizarre.

You see what must be bank openign up lending for specific lending then shutting it off.

Post MMR, selling your house for anything close to the asking price is less likely than winning the lotttery.
