How Many Beds?

First up. This place is being listed as a 3 bed terraced house, but in the description it says it has been split into 8 units. Yes 8.

Then we have a 5 bed terraced house nearby and in the photos I count at least 7 beds, some covered with a sleeping bag. How many more are there off camera?

Both are naturally being touted as excellent investment opportunities.

Not an area popular with students unless things have changed dramatically in the last 20 years  

To be fair the first one is advertised as 3000sqft so not a normal three bed terrace  

Looks like a shithole
