We have a winner !!!!!

How desperate is this !!!!

I think they must be hoping for a bidding war.

What chance someone from here going and offering £350K ?

Just a ruse to get the punters in- will sell for a lot more. Will be a bargain if it goes for that price considering the location and size of the property.

I live in Tunbridge Wells and know the market pretty well here. The listings at £1.25m and £1m are truly bonkers, at no time would they have been anything but. £500k is too cheap but enough to bring any interested parties through the door. The general location and look of property shouldn't make this a tough sell as a renovation project to a developer or home buyer. The agent has had an absolute shocker with this!

4 flats...125k a flat...flats=low income accommodation, low income 25k say...3x low income =75k...4x75k =300k.

Therefore still almost 50% over priced

Dontcha just hate arithmetic.

You'll confuse the trolls.

Wtf, digging me out as a troll Si1? As a long time lurker on here I am genuinely mortified.

Replace too cheap with below current market value. It'll sell, that's what I meant. The market is as mad here as anywhere.

The one thing they've probably done right is market this as a house rather than flats. Relatively high demand for family houses here (Londoners priced out). Plenty of awful flat conversions in what could once again become good family homes in well built structures.

Comeon bro, trolls lurk under bridges and jump out. At least they did in the middle ages ;)
