Fab. An area high in students causes loads of problems with crime levels too as they all bugger off home for easter and summer leaving property empty

some of those comments from the SU spokespeople are priceless! Second-class citizens indeed :lol:

Your right rave. Age is one of the identifiable discrimination categories. You can discriminate towards people if their situation contains an identifiable vulnerability. Hence old aged only accommodation. But you can't discriminate against people just cause you don't like them if part of the basis of the descrimination is to do with one of the categories. (eg. you can discrimate against cat owners but not against 18-27 year old cat owners).

IE: There are laws against what this council has done. Watch out for the enquiry! (fuzzy thinking amongst Council members leading to further waste in public sector)
